James Meyer is a GISP who is the Data Analytics and HPMS Manager for Arizona DOT Multimodal Planning Division. He has been in the GIS profession 18 years after graduating with a Geography Degree. Of that, time 12+ years has been in transportation, 7of which focused on program management.
