While I've been familiar with GIS for sometime, only in the past couple of years has my interest grown in learning more/expanding my skills beyond what I know. I mostly have experience doing cartography for demographic and evaluation projects (e.g. mapping establishment data, poverty, race, etc.). My goals include learning programming, graphic design in Adobe, open source software, and learning more technical skills that will allow me to do a wider range of GIS work. My interests are scattered, so I like learning and talking about all kinds of things.
