Parker Wittman leads the Data, Mapping and Technology practice and manages the whole of professional services operations at Aspect Consulting, a 100+ employee Pacific Northwest earth+water engineering and consulting firm. Though a technical generalist at heart, Parker specializes in environmental data management (strategy, implementation, and systems development), water resources GIS, data visualization, map scripting, and leadership/organizational behavior. Though he’s been hacking away at GIS for the past 13 years, his educational background is in physics and communications.
